NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF WINDING UP Please be advised that the limited liability company, between Steven Travis Fiveash and Blake Carraway, known as 1090 Investments of GA, LLC, doing business at 701 North Patterson Street, Valdosta, Georgia, 31601, will be dissolved by mutual consent of the members pursuant to the terms of the limited liability company agreement as evidenced by a resolution of the members effective December 31, 2023. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Notice of Intent to Dissolve or that arise after the filing of Notice of Intent to Dissolve, a claim against the corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
