LEGAL NOTICE Georgia Power Company has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") its 2019 Integrated Resource Plan and Application for Certification of Capacity from Plant Scherer Unit 3 and Plant Goat Rock Units 9-12 and Application for Decertification of Plant Hammond Units 1-4, Plant McIntosh Unit 1, Plant Landale Units 5-6 , Plant Riverview Units 1-2, and Plant Estatoah Unit 1 and Georgia Power Company's Application for the Certification, Decertification, and Amended Demand Side Management Plan.. Copies of these filings are on file with the Commission and are also available for inspection at the region offices of Georgia Power Company. These matters have been assigned Docket Number 42310 and Docket Number 42311, respectively, and have been set down for public hearing before the Commission pursuant to the Integrated Resource Plan Act, O.C.G.A 46-3A-1 et seq. The hearing for both Docket No. 42310 and Docket No. 42311 will begin on April 8, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and will be held in Room 110 of the Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-5701.
