PUBLIC NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF VALDOSTA Owner(s) and/or Persons of possible interest: Altamese Sprolden The estate listed at 209 Cherry St. Valdosta, Georgia consists of the following real estate with a valuation as shown below: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in western portion of the City of Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia, an fronting 52 12 feet on the east side of North Cherry Street, and running back eastward of even width for a distance of 210 feet, more or less ,to lands now or formerly owned by William Jones, said lot being bounded on the north by lands now or formerly owned by Lucy Glass, on the east by lands now or formerly owned by William Jones, on the south by lands now or formerly owned by Ousley, and on the west by Cherry Street. There is located upon said lot a dwelling house as No. 209 North Cherry Street, and being the same property formerly owned by A.J. Pennington. Court Date on this property April 29, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Building-100 S Oak Street, Valdosta, Georgia. Said property is in violation of City Ordinance (18-41) (10) Section 1-7, 2018 International Property Maintenance Code. In order to abate the aforementioned violation(s), the City of Valdosta Community Development, Community Protection Division or the applicable city agency having such authority shall abate said nuisance and or remedy said violations(s) by any means available to them pursuant to city ordinance or state statue.
